Meet Lauren
Lauren Goodrum (ND, dipHM, dipHC, mANP, mAMH) is a registered Naturopath, Herbalist and Health Coach based in Stoke Newington, East London. She received her training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London, and is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), General Naturopathic Council (GNC) and the Association of Master Herbalists (AMH).
Her mission is to provide menstruating and birthing people with the care and support they deserve to feel at optimal health, full of vitality and emotionally and physically empowered.
She believes in a holistic and personalised approach to healthcare and uses botanical medicines as her primary treatment, alongside lifestyle, nutrition and mind-body practice recommendations to help her clients achieve optimal health and vitality.
Lauren is a strong believer in creating balance in the lives and bodies of her clients and empowering them with a deeper understanding of the root causes behind their symptoms.

Botanically Well was founded to provide the holistic healthcare support you deserve, but often don’t receive in conventional medicine settings.
Alongside the naturopathic care Lauren delivers for clients, her goal is to provide inspiration, guidance and accessible information through the Botanically Well platforms to enable real-life change for all menstruating and birthing people.
Botanically Well operates from a place free from judgement, open to continuous learning and full of self-love, respect and trust.
